Introduction

I am a UX professional with a talent and passion for delivering intuitive, functional and compelling interactive solutions that fulfil user needs and surpass business expectations. I have 20 years of interactive and print experience, and over the past 13 years I have been specialising in User Experience, Information Architecture and Interaction Design & Development.

During this time I have gained excellent marketing, design, technical, and project management skills. I provide a high standard in project delivery and have been praised for my excellent mediator skills between technical and creative colleagues.

  • Worked closely with the usability team to design, build and create working prototypes for user interaction.
  • Managed projects from concept through to completion.
  • Created comprehensive Design Specification Documents that showed both visual treatment and technical specifications for business sign-off from the key business sponsors, legal and compliance colleagues.
  • Ensured quality assurances on creative deliverables were met whilst maintaining TCF (Treat Customers Fairly) in accordance with the Financial Services Authority.
